The work of Manx National Heritage covers a wide range of specialist disciplines across the museum, archive, art and heritage fields.

The staffing structure is carefully designed to gain the maximum synergy of professional expertise and to provide effective cover in the main areas of our service to the community.

The emphasis is on multi-disciplinary, non-departmentalised work which reflects the holistic approach of the organisation towards its overall heritage responsibilities.
