Kipper-style Toffee Mould
![]() | Manx Museum Accession Number - 1969-0262 |
Kippers are a Manx speciality, eaten with marmalade for breakfast. A parcel of the smoked fish was a popular present for relatives at home. For those with a sweeter tooth, holiday makers could buy a toffee version, cast in a mould like this.
This toffee mould is on display in the Manx Museum, Douglas.
