Middle Bronze Age (1400 BC - 1200 BC) sickle blade from Alkest near Balleigh, from the burial ground at Cronk yn Howe, Lezayre and found before 1897. Sickles were used for harvesting crops and for clearing other vegetation.
This sickle is on display in the Manx Museum.
