Forms

If you want to submit a claim to the Employment Tribunal, you can download the claim form here. This form may be used to make an application to the Employment Tribunal in respect of claims made on or after 31st January 2009; it includes guidance notes, which have been produced by the Tribunals Service.

You should be aware that there are strict time limits for submitting claims to the Employment Tribunal. Please contact us if you need more information about this.
