An Investors in People Organisation

The MEA became accredited with the Investors in People Award in April 2002.

Achieving this standard acknowledges that the MEA is committed to developing its staff to achieve their highest potential.

The IIP initiative is about continuous improvement and the MEA will be reassessed in 2008 to ensure that we continue to meet the standard.

IIP is now part of the MEA's culture and it will take every member of staff's support to ensure that we continue to meet the standard.

The whole of the MEA's workforce played a vital role in achieving IIP Accreditation and the staff are proud to be part of an Investors in People Organisation.
