Priority Customers

At the MEA our commitment is to always provide you with Energy For Life and Power For The Future. This is a responsibility we take seriously. That’s why we’re working for you 24 hours each day, 52 weeks of every year to ensure that our service meets your expectations.

We realise that some of our customers have specific needs and therefore require an extra level of care and attention. By this we mean our customers who are infirm, disabled, chronically sick, on low income support, with poor sight and/or hearing difficulties and those in need of special attention – for example with language difficulties.

If you rely on your power supply for essential medical equipment, such as home dialysis or if you have equipment such as a stair lift or bath hoist, it is important that you register with our Priority Care Programme.
