No Electricity?

Check your trip switch/switches or fuses in your fuseboard to ensure that you do not have a fault within the installation of your property.
If the trip switch and installation are not faulty, then contact us on the following freephone telephone number to report the fault.

To help us restore electricity supplies quicker report any signs of damage or sparking that have been observed.
Neighbours may also be without electricity, and if so, it is highly likely that there is a problem with the electricity network.
The following items may help you deal with the situation until the electricity supplies are restored:-
1. Switch off all electrical appliances except one light to indicate when the electricity supply has been restored;
2. Do not open chest or upright freezers - cover with blankets if necessary until supply is restored.
3. Fish tanks/aquariums - cover with blankets to retain heat.
4. If you have a medical condition requiring electricity Oxygen, Nebuliser, etc. contact your General Practitioner or Nobles Hospital.
