Douglas/Onchan - discoloured water

The Isle of Man Water Authority apologises to its customers in the Douglas/Onchan area as residents are experiencing discoloured water today (Friday).

This was due to work carried out last night (Thursday) on the mains at St Ninians/Ballaquayle Road junction.

Customers are asked to run their cold water tap in the kitchen until the water runs clear. The Authority are continuing to flush the area. Should customers have any serious concerns regarding their water supplies they are asked to contact our Customer Helpline on 695999 for assistance.
