INCOME TAX (PENSIONS) ACT 2008 - DRAFT ORDERS AND REGULATIONS - CONSULTATION RESPONSE

The Income Tax Division has today published a consultation response document on the draft orders and regulations needed to support provisions being introduced by the Income Tax (Pensions) Act 2008.

The response document includes comments made during the consultation and, within the appendices, includes copies of the documents that will be considered by Tynwald in July.
