Corporate income tax return forms for accounting periods ended on 31st December 2010, due on 1st January 2012

If a corporate taxpayer fails to submit its income tax return by the due date then they become liable to a £250 late return penalty. As this building is closed on the 1st and 2nd of January 2012, no return that is due to be submitted to the Division on the 1st January 2012 will be considered late as long as the fully completed form is submitted by midnight on 3rd January 2012.

The Income Tax public counters are open over the Christmas period at the following times.
