28th February 2012 HARBOURS ACT 2010 Section 25Notice of Disposal The Department gives notice that it intends to dispose of the unnamed blue and white trimaran presently lying adjacent to the boat park in Peel Inner Harbour in accordance with Section 25 of the Harbours Act 2010 (the “Act”). The Department hereby gives notice that due to the vessel’s condition, after twenty one days have elapsed from the date of this Notice appearing on the Department’s website and also in a newspaper published and circulating in the Island, the Department will dispose of the above vessel.
