10th December 2014 Landmark Lending Ltd trading as CASHITEASYUSA - Suspension of registration under the Moneylenders Act 1991Notice is hereby given that the registration of Landmark Lending Ltd trading as CASHITEASYUSA under the Moneylenders Act 1991 (‘the Act’) has been suspended with effect from 9th December 2014. Under section 4(3) of the Act, the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading (‘the OFT’) may at any time suspend the registration of a person, for a period or periods not exceeding one year in all, on any ground which would entitle it to refuse an application for registration of that person, and may at any time terminate the suspension. |
