Data Protection Supervisor varies Enforcement Notice served on DCCL

The Data Protection Supervisor has varied the Enforcement Notice, with regard to surveillance cameras installed on buses, originally served on the Department for Community, Culture and Leisure on 23 November 2012 .

The original Enforcement Notice, and the variation to that Enforcement Notice, can be found below.

The Enforcement Notice has been varied in light of the Department's withdrawal of its appeal against the Enforcement Notice, payment of the Supervisor's legal costs, and compliance with the original Enforcement Notice.

The variation is intended to ensure that the Department will continue to meet its statutory duties in the future.
