Insurance (Solvency) (Amendment) Regulations 2011

The Insurance and Pensions Authority issues the Insurance (Solvency) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 which were laid before Tynwald on 13 December 2011 and have effect from 31 December 2011.

The Authority’s consultation in relation to the admissibility of certain debts for the purposes of calculating the minimum solvency margin of insurers ended on 3 June 2011.
