Gaming Inspector Vacancies

The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission offers an exclusive opportunity for two highly motivated individuals to join in the positions of Gaming Inspector. As one of our Inspectors you will assist in ensuring the Commission effectively regulates the flourishing gaming industry here on the Island. The candidates will be enthusiastic individuals, ideally with some experience of working in a compliance role (preferably within the e-gaming sector) who are able to demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.

Inspectors are required to assist and provide support to the Gambling Supervision Commission in ensuring that the three core principles are upheld, namely:

To keep the gambling industry crime free

To protect the young and the vulnerable

To ensure that the services offered by licence holders are fair and that players receive their true winnings.

Where these key principles are not compromised:

Ensuring that gambling products promoted by operators in the Island can compete effectively throughout the world

Facilitating competition and the provision of modern products and services

The Inspector will be responsible for:

Through our ongoing compliance regime, ensuring that Manx gambling operations adhere to legislative requirements

Undertaking a rigorous screening process of applications from prospective operators Implementing the GSC complaints and queries procedures in relation to Manx gambling operators

Participating in projects which contribute to the efficiency and quality of the GSC Ensuring that the GSC’s clients receive a professional, accurate & efficient service
