19th May 2011 Formal consultation regarding proposed Terrorism Finance (Money Laundering - Online Gambling) Code 2011The Anti-Terrorism and Crime (Amendment) Bill has recently completed its passage through Tynwald and it is intened that it will come into force in July 2011. The Bill provides for an AML Code relating to the financing of terrorism. The GSC is currently drafting the new Code and wishes to consult on it in order to understand the views of our stakeholders.
