AML Guidance

During May and June 2009, the GSC went through a consultation process to formalise guidance notes to accompany Anti-Money Laundering legislation.

The explanatory notes can be found below. Comments were invited from individuals connected with the gambling industry, which were taken into consideration when looking at future legislation.
