Registered Schemes Administrators (Fees) Order 2007
The Authority has released, for consultation, a draft of the Registered Schemes Administrators (Fees) Order 2007. A consultative document on the matter, which includes a copy of the draft order, is available for download via the link at the bottom of this page.
The primary purpose of the proposed Order is to increase the annual registration fee charged to registered schemes administrators, representing the first increase in fees since the original Order came into operation on 1st January 2002. In addition, a revised collection procedure is to be introduced.
The IPA invites comments on the draft Order by 11th May 2007. Contact details for responses or queries are included within the consultative document.
