Social Security Legislation
In addition to legislation made under the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000, legislation concerning the operation and management of private pension schemes has historically been made by the Department of Health and Social Security and the Treasury Income Tax Division.
The table below contains a number of the more recent Statutory Documents, concerned with the management of private pension schemes, that have been made by the DHSS.
A copy of all social security legislation, as it currently exists, is available in printed format from the DHSS.
