Social Security Legislation
In addition to legislation made under the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000, legislation concerning the operation and management of private pension schemes has historically been made by the Department of Social Care ("DSC") [formerly the DHSS] and the Treasury Income Tax Division.
A copy of all social security legislation, as it currently exists, is available in printed format from the DSC.
