With a land mass of 227 square miles and a residential population of 76,315, the Island has room to breathe and grow. It has an abundance of space, office and residential accommodation, so that the potential for growth is unrestricted and costs remain extremely competitive.

This fact, combined with the ability to relocate key personnel to live on the Island, has ensured that the Isle of Man remains one of the least expensive of the developed offshore centres. It also means that new businesses have the option of establishing their own physical presence on the Island, as opposed to having to employ the services of third party contractors, although this remains an option.

A key factor in the decision process of many leading commercial and financial organisations that have chosen the Island as their offshore base was the ability to purchase their own office accommodation and bring in their own senior personnel to establish the new operation.

The Island has an open property market with no restrictions or qualifications limiting property acquisition.
