Looking Local Isle of ManLooking Local is an interactive service which allows people who do not have access to an internet connection to get information and services from the Isle of Man Government. The service can be accessed in a number of different ways, including televisions connected to Sky, mobile phones with an internet connection and the Nintendo Wii. The service is easy to use and available to suit your lifestyle – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Currently, users of the service through Sky should note that they will incur a local rate call charge each time they access the service. Our suppliers are working hard to address this issue and hope to have an agreement in place by the end of January which will revert the service back to a freephone number. If you’re using Looking Local through your mobile phone, normal operator costs apply.
