The Department gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985 the effect of which will be on and from Wednesday 26th September 2001 to create reserved parking places on the following roads in Port Erin for vehicles displaying a permit issued by the Department:-
1. Marashen Crescent between the boundaries of No's 37 and 38.
2. Shore Road outside of the property known as Croit-ny-Marrey.
A copy of the Order is available for inspection at the Department's main reception desk on the ground floor at the Sea Terminal, Douglas or the Port Erin Commissioners by any person, free of charge, during normal office hours.
