This part of the Isle of Man Government's website contains the texts of Acts of Tynwald passed after 1 January 2001 and secondary legislation made after 1 January 2009 and the Manx Law Newsletter from the edition for October to December 2008 and is prepared by the Attorney General's Chambers, Isle of Man.

This part of the website does not include the following secondary legislation:

• temporary road closures under section 3 or 3A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985;
• permanent reserved parking place orders;
• orders under section 1 of the Road Races Act 1982 (highway closures for the purposes of road races);
• orders under paragraphs 3(1) or 3(2) of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Act 1985 of temporary effect;
• any order under paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Act 1985; and
• orders under section 38 of the Highways Act (temporary closures of highways).
