Legislation

This part of the Isle of Man Government's website contains the texts of Acts of Tynwald passed after 1 January 2001 and secondary legislation made after 1 January 2009 and is prepared by the Attorney General's Chambers, Isle of Man.

This part of the website does not include the following secondary legislation:

• temporary road closures under section 3 or 3A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985;
• permanent reserved parking place orders;
• orders under section 1 of the Road Races Act 1982 (highway closures for the purposes of road races);
• orders under paragraphs 3(1) or 3(2) of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Act 1985 of temporary effect;
• any order under paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Act 1985; and
• orders under section 38 of the Highways Act (temporary closures of highways).
