Corporate and organisational development is about development which supports the organisation as a whole. This covers building knowledge about the processes and policies in place and also developing skills to manage and develop performance.

The tutor led courses available in this section include a coaching programme; Survey/Questionnaire Awareness; an Introduction to the Structures and Processes of the Isle of Man Government; and the Civil service Performance and Development Review Scheme.
