Key Services to the Council of Ministers

We advise the Council of Ministers on people strategy, corporate employment policies and supporting management frameworks of good practice and monitor effectiveness on their behalf. The Personnel Office acts on behalf of the Council in coordinating HR strategy and policy developments and monitoring the effectiveness of implementation across Government.

In addition, and on behalf of the Council of Ministers The Personnel Office co-ordinates policy and the delivery of public service pensions arrangements.
