WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU CALL AN AMBULANCE?

When you dial 999 and ask for an ambulance, you will be asked the following questions.

• What is your location?
• What phone number are you calling from?
• What is the main problem?
• How old is the patient?
• Are they conscious or breathing?

Knowing the above information will assist the Emergency Service.
