Douglas Inner Harbour Marina Berth Charges - with effect from the 1st June 2008

Annual Charges

1. £113 per metre plus or part thereof
2. £565 minimum charge for vessels under five metres in length.

Monthly Charges

1. £11.30 per metre or part thereof.
2. £56.50 minimum charge for vessels under five metres in length.

Daily Charge

1. £11.49 for each twenty-four hour period.

Conditions of Use

1. All berths will be allocated by the Harbours Division, Department of Transport.
2. Payment of berthing charges must be made prior to occupying berth.
3. Use of the berths is subject to a Berthing Agreement which must be entered into between the boat owner and the Department. For visiting vessels a copy is available for inspection at Harbour Control, 2nd Floor, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas and Inner Harbour Office, Douglas.
4. All charges are inclusive of Harbour Dues payable under the relevant Harbour Dues (Pleasure Vessels and House Boats) Regulations during the period of the Berthing Agreement.
5. All charges will be subject to the addition of Value Added Tax.
