Gambling Supervision Commission

The GSC is part of the Treasury Department within the Isle of Man Government. It regulates all gambling on the island, dealing with licence applications from firms looking to move their business to the jurisdiction. They then provide full assistance to licensees to help them conduct their online gaming activity within the regulations.

Department of Trade & Industry

The DTI actively promotes the gambling sector on the Isle of Man and has a dedicated E-gaming Development section which offers help to companies wishing to have a gaming presence on the island.
