Additional Information
It is important that for all applications an original ‘pink’ Excepted Isle of Man Constabulary Vetting Request Form is submitted for each individual. When printing the attachment it must be done on pink coloured paper or using a coloured printer - the form won't be accepted otherwise.
Wherever possible, the pink Vetting Request Forms can be submitted to the Gambling Supervision Commission ahead of the main application - this will help prevent any delays in the overall process.
The GSC is available to offer guidance on the process, and discussion around the interpretation of OGRA, at every stage of the application process. However, the GSC will not provide legal advice.
The e-Gaming Development section of the Department of Trade & Industry also offer help and support in promoting the industry and assisting companies interested in locating to the Isle of Man, as well as advice on the submission of an application.
