Consultation on addition to Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill - F.S.C Press Release
The Commission has published a consultation seeking your views on an addition to the Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. The proposed new clause will amend the definition of “controller” in the Financial Services Act 2008.
Comments on the proposal are welcomed from all interested parties – in particular those who may be affected by proposals.
The consultation is open until 21 September 2012.
