Employment Tribunal Rules

Following completion of the consultation process in respect of the proposed Tribunal Rules 2008 the Department has now completed a review of consultees’ comments.

The Minister of the Department is content for the new Rules to be laid before Tynwald after the summer recess. More information will be issued about the new Rules in due course.
