Index of Approved Contractors

The attached list of Approved Contractors is maintained by the Department of Trade & Industry.

The contractors on this list have demonstrated, upon application and annual renewal, compliance with the following:

a) possession of appropriate insurances,
b) a health and safety policy statement,
c) employment of certificated craftsmen in those categories relevant to the contractor's approval.

Although this list is made freely available to the public, it is essentially intended for those organisations familiar with the construction industry and involved in the employment of contractors on publicly funded work, with appropriate professional supervision. The Department offers no warranty, guarantee, or other approval of the contractors on this list, other than those checks carried out as detailed above.
