| Fridges & Freezers: | Fridges and freezers can be recycled at a cost of £25 + VAT to cover export and UK recycling charges, (cheques only). An invoice will be issued on provision of ID/proof of address, or Home collection by Manx Waste Solutions (Telephone: 495327) (cost £34.50 + VAT). |

| Notes: Fridges and Freezers | Fridge and fridge/freezer recycling is FREE for residents of Douglas, Onchan, Braddan, Laxey, Lonan and Santon ONLY. Residents must show photo ID and a utility bill to prove residency in the aforementioned areas. Without this proof, the fridge will not be accepted for recycling. Recycling costs are recovered through the rates. Residents from other areas may take their fridges or fridge/freezers to the Eastern Civic Amenity Site, but will be charged £25 + VAT to cover export and UK recycling costs. Alternatively there is a home collection service provided by Manx Waste Solutions, telephone: 495327, cost £34.40 + VAT. |
