Legislation and Policy Unit

The Unit’s main role is to progress the Department’s Legislative Programme. It also acts as the co-ordinating body between the Department and Local Authorities when legislation is being progressed that affects both parties.

The Department maintains a table of its secondary legislation, that has been approved by Tynwald since the year 2000. This is available to download from the document table at the bottom of the page.
