HOME CARE
The aim of Home Care is to provide practical support which will enable people to continue living in their own homes for as long as they are able. The amount of help provided depends on the needs of the individual client, who is encouraged to remain as active and independent as possible.
Who Can Get Home Care?
- Those people who are unable to cope with physical tasks due to illness or old age.
- People who have had an operation and require rest or convalescence.
- People with psychological or mental health problems which interfere with the ability to look after themselves or their surroundings.
- Those with long term disabilities.
- Carers needing support.
