WOMEN AND CHILDREN
An Obstetric and Gynaecology service (just under 1,000 births per annum). There are 3 Consultant Obstetricians/Gynaecologists and full midwifery support (the maternity service is integrated between Hospital and community) as well as inpatient and outpatient gynaecology services provided by an experienced nursing team. A Paediatric service with two Consultant Paediatricians, hospital and community paediatric teams is also available plus a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
