Educational and clinical supervisors

Educational supervisors look after four trainees for the whole 12 months; this involves at least three to four appraisals, career guidance and general support. Clinical supervisors look after each trainee for the 4 month placement i.e. they are usually the consultant in charge of the firm that the trainee is attached to. They meet with the trainee at the beginning and at the end of each 4 month placement..
