CAREERS SUPPORT

Careers Support

Our Foundation Training Programme Directors, Director and Deputy Director of Medical Education, educational supervisors, and clinical supervisors are experienced in providing career advice, support and guidance.

Formal training - Both F1 and F2 trainees will have careers support incorporated into their formal educational programmes. Elements covered include:

• Career management skills
• Skills, tools and resources MTAS application coaching Interview skills

Individual sessions - Each trainee can arrange one-to-one careers support and guidance sessions with his/her clinical or educational supervisor, and/or Roy Clague (Director of Medical Education), Mike Divers (Deputy Director of Medical Education) or Jon Evans (FPD).
