STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE DIRECTORATE

The Strategy & Performance Directorate supports the Member for Health and the senior managers of the Health Services Division in developing and progressing the Division's strategic aims.

This role includes supporting two high level committees, both of which are chaired by the Member for Health. They are:

The Directorate also monitors the performance of service areas and provides briefings for the Minister.

The Directorate manages the bilateral healthcare agreement with the United Kingdom and arranges Patient Transfers, for patients who require treatment in the UK.

In addition, the Directorate has responsibility for the promotion of legislation covering the provision of health on the Island, this includes the: -
