HOW TO DONATE

Call us today on 01624 650637 to become a blood donor on the Isle of Man.

We will then send you an application form to become a blood donor and questionnaire with information about blood safety and what we need before we can accept your donation.

The application form offers you a choice of location and day. Our blood donor collection sessions are on Sunday mornings between 9.30am and 11.45am and Wednesday afternoons between 4.00pm and 5.45pm please see 'Where to donate' for future donor sessions details.

Once we receive your application form we will book you an appointment time for the location and day you requested either Wednesday or Sunday. If you are unable to make the specific day we have allocated for you please just call us to rebook.

When you come to the blood donor session for your appointment we will go through the questionnaire with you. The first time you come you will see a doctor just to check your blood pressure and your general health. Please don't worry if you have been rejected, most people will be able to donate after a period of time please see our FAQs which may answer your questions.

You can just turn up at a session to donate blood but you may be there a little longer if we are busy.
