THE DHSS INVITES YOU TO MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD...
The Department of Health and Social Security is committed to providing the best possible service to all who live in the Isle of Man. To meet this commitment, it is vital that everyone in the Island has the opportunity to talk frankly and openly about the health and social care matters with the people tasked with providing this service.
To this end, the DHSS is conducting a series of Islandwide public meetings at the end of July. These meetings give you a chance to listen and question, first hand, about the health and social care issues you may have seen in the news or are concerned about with the Minister for Health and Social Security, Political Members and Senior Managers. Unfortunately, the Department will be unable to discuss personal matters, but any general health and social issues you would like to discuss are welcome.
If you would like to take part in one of these independently chaired meetings, you are welcome to join us at any of the following:
- Northern Public Meeting Monday, 21st July 2008, Ramsey Town Hall 19.30-21.30.
- Southern Public Meeting Tuesday 22nd July 2008, Ballafesson Methodist Hall, Ballafesson 19.30-21.30.
- Eastern Public Meeting Thursday 24th July 2008, All Saint’s Hall, Douglas 19.30-21.30.
- Western Public Meeting Monday 28th July 2008 - Peel Centenary Centre 19.30-21.30.
