What is the function of the HRM Directorate?
The function of the Human Resource Management Directorate of the DHSS is to promote sound employment practices relating to the following areas:
- Recruitment and Retention
- Induction and training
- employee relations
- strategic manpower planning
How are services delivered?
The HRM Directorate is led by the Acting Director of Human Resource Management, Mrs J Kaye.
Each Division of the Department is supported by a Business Relationship Manager.
Operational services, such as recruitment, policy advice and general enquiries are delivered through the HRM Support Office.
How to contact us
Our opening times are between 0900hrs and 1730 hrs Monday-Thursday and 900hrs and 1700hrs on Friday. All employees and potential employees are welcome to visit or telephone between these hours. An answerphone is available outside these hours.
