DHSS TOP TEAM AWARD

We believe that to achieve success in providing the best service to our customers, teamwork is central. The Department’s Top Team Award, encourages such teamwork and aims to recognise and reward innovative thinking from DHSS employees towards customer service.

Each team must consist of between three and eight members and the challenge is to have identified and improved an aspect of customer service to provide a better service to" “customer’s”" both externally (patients/clients) and internally (work colleagues). Teams already providing great customer service because of how they approach their work are also encouraged to apply for the award.

The reward for the Top Team is a £500 grant for their workplace project, a crystal statuette, a certificate and £50 worth of vouchers for each team member. In addition to this, every short listed team will receive a £200 grant to implement their ideas and a commemorative shield.

For more information about the DHSS Top Team Award, contact the DHSS Business Support Team on 685639 or email Tanya.Shimmin@gov.im
