BRAINWAVES STAFF SUGGESTION SCHEME

The Brainwaves Staff Suggestion Scheme aims to give staff an opportunity to influence the way that the Department of Health and Social Security works.

Senior managers must encourage line managers to support suggestors implementing suggestions.
