No Smoking Day aims to provide support for Smokers who want to quit. It is an ideal time to make contact with Quit4You to find out about services and drop in clinics in your area. Break free from your cigarettes this No Smoking Day.
As part of No Smoking Day, we’ve organised a range of unique activities which you may be interested in coming along to. Find out your lung age on 9 or 10th March or see what you could look like in 50 years from now, with our Virtual Ageing Booth on 15th – 19th March.
Quit4You are working together with the Respiratory Team from the Cardio-Respiratory Department at Noble’s Hospital who are offering Lung Age tests, providing the public with an exclusive chance to find out what age their lungs are in comparison to their real age (9th & 10th March).
WHAT’S YOUR LUNG AGE?
Find out Tuesday 9th & Wednesday 10th March. Visit the Ambulance Bus in Castletown, Peel and Ramsey, or drop into Nobles Main Entrance.

Quit4You are also working with RNIB, who have organised for a mobile Virtual Ageing Booth to visit the IOM. The booth uses cutting-edge ageing technology to let you see what you could look like in 50 years. It has been extremely popular touring the UK and Ireland, and Island Residents are also being offered an exclusive opportunity to see what they might look like in years to come. The booth is part of a ‘Future Vision’ campaign which raises awareness of the links between lifestyle choice and the prevention of avoidable sight loss.
