The DHSS Education and training Centre is accredited NVQ Centre though City and Guilds of London. The following courses are offered dependent on the individual’s work role:

- Allied Health Profession Support (Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy) Level 3.
- Allied Health Support (Clinical Imaging) Level 3.

- Clinical Healthcare Skills Level 3.
- Maternity/Paediatric Support level 3.
- Obstetric Theatre Support Level 3.
- Perioperative Care (Surgical Support) Level 3.
- Perioperative Care (Anaesthetic.PACU Support) Level 3
- Renal Support Level 3.
- Health and Social Care Level 2.
- Health and Social Care Level 3.
- Health and Social Care Level 4.
- Vocational Assessors Course.
- Internal Verifiers Course.
