The DHSS Education and Training Centre is accredited NVQ Centre though City and Guilds of London. The following courses are offered dependent on the individuals work role:

- Level 3 Allied Health Profession Support - Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.

- Level 3 General Healthcare Support.
- Level 3 Clinical Healthcare Skills.
- Level 3 Maternity/Paediatric Support.
- Level 3 Renal Support.
- Level 2 Clinical Laboratory Support.
- Level 2 Pharmacy Services.
- Level 2 Customer Service.
- Vocational Assessor Award (A1).
- Internal Verifier Award (V1).
- Leadership and Management for Care Services Level 4 (SVQ).
