| ENTRY REQUIREMENTS | No specific academic qualifications. All applicants must have an appropriate employer. |
| TRAINING CONTENT | Employer based training in all aspects of hairdressing. Underpinning job knowledge training at the Isle of Man College. On-going competence assessment. |
| ANTICIPATED ACHIEVEMENT | Job knowledge and practical skills to satisfy industry standards. Competence to N V Q Level 2 in Hairdressing. |
| FINANCIAL SUPPORT | Your employer, when they register your training with the Training Services, may apply for support towards your training and day release. Employers must pay the apprentice through the training programme, at no less than the minimum amount at which National Insurance contributions are payable. |
