| ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
| Employer: Must be Manx registered, with the resource to deliver and supervise the on the job training required by the Apprenticeship Training programme. The Apprentice must be employed in a permanent position within the Company. |

| TRAINING CONTENT | Training Services recognised programme of training, which covers all aspects of the vocational area being undertaken. |

| ANTICIPATED ACHIEVEMENT | By the end of the training programme, the apprentice will be given the opportunity to attain the qualifications and experience necessary to perform competently, without supervision to industry standards. |

| FINANCIAL SUPPORT | The employer can apply for support, dependent upon the content of on- and off- the- job training during the training programme. Employers must pay the apprentice through the training programme, at no less than the minimum amount at which National Insurance contributions are payable. |
