Regeneration Zones

The Isle of Man Town and Village Regeneration Scheme aims to support local community and business leaders to make real and lasting improvements to commercial centres across the Island within designated regeneration zones.

To view the town and village centre boundaries which have been agreed by the Chief Ministers Regeneration Steering Group please click on the pdf attachments listed below under the 'downloadable documents' heading.

The intention of the Town and Village Regeneration Fund is to provide grant assistance across the Island in order to facilitate the regeneration of commercial areas of towns and villages.

This, by inference, will presume against applications for grant assistance outside of the designated regeneration areas. However, villages can also eligible to apply for funding. Commercial properties which are on the major gateways into the centre can also be considered. .
